I know that not being able to go out, meet friends, go to the gym, etc. can be really irritating. As a matter of fact, it already has affected your mood and productivity and lead you to spend your days on the couch binge-watching Netflix. Hey nothing wrong with that, but in the long run, you are most likely to regret you didn’t use your time in a more positive way. During this time, teens are exposed to some overwhelming external and internal struggles. They are expected to cope with hormonal changes, puberty, and parents looking over them, work, school, and social pressures, and even more. Many teens feel  misinterpreted by their parents .
